Pathao operates fastest in Dhaka and Chattogram with same-day delivery in-city and next-day to 7 divisional headquarters. Outside divisional cities, Pathao hands off to last-mile partners with 2–4 day SLA.
How the integration works
When you create an order with courier: 'pathao', we call Pathao's Merchant API on your behalf using your stored Pathao Client ID + Client Secret (encrypted, scoped to your seller_id). Tracking events stream back through Pathao's webhook to our /webhooks/pathao endpoint, get normalized, and forward to your store webhook signed with HMAC-SHA256.
COD payout reconciliation
Pathao remits COD via bKash or bank transfer T+2. Our payout reconciliation cron matches Pathao's settlement report rows to our order IDs and emits order.cod_collected with the exact net amount (gross COD minus Pathao's fee).
