RedX has the deepest nationwide network — 64 districts and 490+ upazilas. SLA is 2–3 days nationwide, 5–7 days for remote upazilas. Higher cost per shipment than Steadfast but more reliable rural coverage.

How the integration works

We use RedX's Merchant API with your stored credentials. Address validation happens server-side before submission — RedX rejects shipments with malformed thana/upazila fields, so we normalize against a canonical BD admin-region table.

COD payout reconciliation

RedX payout cadence is weekly. The reconciliation cron fires after each settlement and updates order.payment_status from 'pending_cod' → 'collected' atomically.
