Connect your AI assistant

DropShop BD runs an MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and other assistants can manage your store for you. Paste one link, approve access, and ask.

Your MCP server URL

This is the only thing your assistant needs. It always matches the site you are on.

https://dropshop.bd/mcp

Once connected, your assistant can read your catalogue and orders, add and price products in taka, publish to your storefront, and report payment, verification and delivery status — always scoped to your own store.

Connect

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT connector settings and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice it shows). If Developer mode is unavailable, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2Open the new connector dialog.
  3. 3Name it DropShop BD and paste your MCP server URL into the URL field.
  4. 4Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connector), then click Create.
  5. 5Enable DropShop BD from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use it — for example, “what sold in my store today?”.

Claude

  1. 1Open the custom connector dialog — the name and URL are already filled in for you.
  2. 2Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3If the prefilled form does not open, go to Claude’s Connectors page, choose Add custom connector, name it DropShop BD and paste your MCP server URL.
  4. 4Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use your store.

Claude Code

Run this one line in a terminal — that is the whole install:

claude mcp add --scope user --transport http dropshop-bd 'https://dropshop.bd/mcp'
  1. 1Run the command above in any terminal.
  2. 2Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm DropShop BD is connected. It will ask you to sign in from that menu if needed.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use your store.

Other MCP clients

  1. 1Open your assistant’s MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2Create a remote MCP server connection.
  3. 3Name it DropShop BD and paste your MCP server URL.
  4. 4Finish any sign-in or approval prompts.
  5. 5Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use your store.

Refresh after DropShop BD changes

Your assistant remembers the tools it saw when it connected. When DropShop BD ships something new, refresh the connection so your assistant picks it up.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT’s Plugins page and select DropShop BD.
  2. 2Scroll to Information and click Refresh.
  3. 3ChatGPT cannot update an existing connector’s URL — if it changed, delete the connector and repeat the connect steps with the latest URL from this page.
  4. 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use your store.

Claude

  1. 1Open the Connectors page and select DropShop BD.
  2. 2Refresh or update the connector’s tools.
  3. 3Claude cannot update an existing connector’s URL — if it changed, remove the connector and repeat the connect steps with the latest URL.
  4. 4Ask Claude to use your store.

Claude Code

  1. 1Start a new Claude Code session — it loads the latest tools when it connects.
  2. 2If the URL changed, run claude mcp remove dropshop-bd, then run the install command above again with the latest URL.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use your store.

Other MCP clients

  1. 1Open the client’s MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 2Select the connection you created for DropShop BD.
  3. 3Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  4. 4If the URL changed, paste the latest URL from this page.
  5. 5Start a new chat or session and ask the assistant to use your store.
