Every Bangladeshi dropshipper ends up using one or more of these.

02The eight-point supplier check
Run this before a supplier gets a place in your catalogue.
- Real delivery window to your customers, tested with your own order
- Stock accuracy and how quickly it updates
- Whether the parcel carries their branding or yours
- Return and wrong-item process, in writing
- Per-unit cost at quantity one, not at bulk
- API or integration access so stock and orders sync automatically
- Response time when something goes wrong
- Whether they can ship to the districts you actually sell in
03Insist on API access
A supplier you can only work with by email is a supplier you cannot scale. API access is what keeps cost, stock and fulfilment status accurate without you typing anything.
When you connect a supplier account, use the API key from the supplier's developer settings — not your account password. Password-based attempts are the single most common connection failure we see.

- Can I mix suppliers in one store?
- Yes, and most established sellers do. Each product keeps its own supplier link and cost.
- Do suppliers support cash on delivery?
- Suppliers get paid by you, not the customer. COD is handled between you and the courier, so any supplier is COD-compatible as long as you can fund the unit cost.
- How do I check a supplier is real?
- Place one order to your own address, at your own cost. Measure the actual days and inspect the packaging.
